EDC Competition Team
Our competition team is the perfect choice for dancers looking to elevate their skills and push themselves! Emma’s goal with EDC’s competitive program is to accelerate dancers' growth in technique and confidence within a positive team environment. We participate in 3-5 competitions each season, providing exciting opportunities for our team to showcase their talent and dedication.
Achievements
In the 2024 season, our EDC team achieved an impressive total of 37 top-10 placements, and 15 Judges Choice Awards across 5 competitions.
EDC has been diligently working to establish our small but mighty studio's reputation in the competitive dance world, showcasing our talent and dedication on stage and earning recognition among our peers.

Competing at EDC means a lot to me, and I love to do it! I have to admit, the award shows are my favorite part, because you get a dance break. I love to dance on stage. Competing with EDC creates such a family of supportive friends that turn into family. Girls and coaches who push you to be your best but are your biggest cheerleaders. The sense of community at EDC is unmatched, from your teammates, to your coaches, to the parents, everyone wants you to see you succeed, and will do whatever it takes to do so.I love competing with EDC because no matter what happens, Coach Emma will forever be proud of us. Emma is truly one of the best-of-the-best coaches, our greatest cheerleader, and will do whatever for her dancers. The feeling of being on the comp stage with your best friends is such a rewarding and amazing feeling.
